Our client are a main tier contractor who specialize in the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across Roads, Rail and Mining Sectors. They have recently been awarded an extension to an existing contract and due to project wins across the business a need has been identified for a Site based Administrator to provide support to the delivery team on a FIFO basis.
the role will involve creating purchase orders for site engineers, purchase Orders through JDE, uploading creditor spreadsheets into JDE, track and coordinate PPE and uniform orders and most importnatly Capture Plant & Equipment hours and meterage using JDE.
The role will be on a FIFO basis out of Brisbane so applicants should be used to working on projects in a camp/site based environment and must possesses prior experienced as an Administrator on project involving heavy plant and materials.
