Job description

Seeking an immediately available site administrator for an established and expanding global tier 1 engineering, contracting and maintenance business. Based on site near Bankstown - you will need a car to access the site.
  
The Role
The role will require the right candidate to support the project from a site administration perspective. 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchase orders, invoicing, requisitions etc. 
  • Document control 
  • Project administration 
  • Subcontractor management 
  • Management of travel 
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested 
Who we are looking for 
  • Previous experience within Construction 
  • Experience using construction systems
  • Experience having used SAP
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
