One of Australias fastest growing providers of outsourced facilities management and maintenance services are seeking a service coordinator/ facilities coordinator to join their team delivering reactive maintenance services to a government large portfolio.
The business provides a first point of call helpdesk for a diverse portfolio of sites, from minor maintenance requests through to large project work.
In this role you will be responsible for taking calls and emails, diagnosing the faults and issues as well as confirming locations so that a relevant trade or contractor can be sent to resolve the issue. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to the client on the status of the request.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working for a similar organisation, have dealt with a high volume of call logs, and be used to scheduling works for both in house technicians and partnered contractors. Customer service skills are also paramount to the role.
