CGC are recruiting a Senior Submissions, Marketing and Business Development Manager, on behalf of a tier 1 Architecture Practice located in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced and diverse team, leading the entire submissions function for the business in a small team.

We are looking for someone to be the face of the firm. You will come with experience developing a strategic marketing plan, be a strong relationship builder to liaise with media, you will have experience in the design and architecture industries. 

Essential qualities and a few of the duties:

• Minimum 4 years in leading Submissions and marketing role 
• Provide submissions coordination and in house graphic design support for EOI's and tenders
• Manage end to end coordination and production of EOI's, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery
• develop sustainable relationships with a key range of stakeholders, both internal and external
• proven experience in developing and executing a Strategic Marketing Plan in line with Brand and Business objectives inclusive of SEO, event, digital, social and print media.
• advanced InDesign and strong computer skills
