The sectors they operate in are Education, agecare, industrial, defence and health and their project values vary from $5M to $100M with projects in the $15M to $30M being their consistent areas.
 
The role – Senior Site Manager
Due to recent successful tenders wins they are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join the business and deliver a $70M education project. You will work closely with your Project Manager and will have 5 Foreman/Supervisors reporting into you. The project is based on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast and is due to start in the next 6 weeks.
  
What you need to be successful

• Experience delivering projects from a value of $40M plus as a Site Manager
• Experience with a similar size builder (Tier 2 or Tier 1)
• Stability with previous employers
• Come from a trade background
• Experience in multiple sectors is preferred
• Able to lead from the front
