The Position
  
With a new project worth $60M kicking off we are helping to recruit a senior resource into the business.  This is a key position that will report directly into the senior management. When not in delivery phase you will work at the front end of projects advising and helping at tender stages. You will work across the one project and have a full office and site team supporting you.
  
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the
  • Tender Phase
  • Procurement process,
  • Master programming,
  • PGC Meetings
  • Negotiation and liaison with subcontractors,
  • Project financials
  • Liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion.
  • You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
You will need to have completed a construction management or engineering degree, have experience working within the tier one or two construction market and demonstrated experience working on Commercial/Educational projects.
