This Mid Tier Civil Contractor focus on the delivery of complex multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects within Roads, Rail and Energy sectors. They are a family owned QLD Civil Contractor and are growing rapidly with recent project wins both as a principal contractor and specialist subcontractor packages as part of some of QLDs most iconic Infrastructure projects. 

They have recently identified an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Engineer to provide Engineering expertise and contracts management expertise for x2 recently awarded medium scale infrastructure projects. Scope of works involve, bulk earthworks, utilities, trenching, pit & pipe works and drainage. You will have direct ownership on these projects to endure timely delivery and one of the keys this role is ensuring contracts and commercial outcomes are achieved. Responsibilities will include managing resources, QA, Cost Control, Forecasting, Program and dealing with direct interface with the client. 

The role will split 50/50 between their Brisbane office and on site which are located 4-5 hours west of Brisbane so applicants should be willing to travel when required as they will be the main interface with the client. the role is an immediate requirement and are open to speaking to senior engineers who prefer to work on a contract basis or will be also open to employing someone as permanent staff.  We are looking to speak to dynamic Civil Project Engineers with a passion and track record of delivering complex Civil infrastructure projects across Australia who are looking for a role were they can make there mark as the Lead Engineer with a smaller tier business.
