A crucial component to driving this growth is through hiring an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to play a lead role in pricing, tendering on and winning mechanical services projects up to $5m. 

The client are well established within the industry and have an excellent reputation. Due to their long standing relationships with various clients, they have a large client portfolio and that they need an experienced Senior Estimator to leverage and win work from. Projects they target are existing building projects - upgrades, refurbs, fit outs etc. they do not get involved in delivering wet concrete projects. 

The client have both a construction and service division so you will benefit from a significant number of internal enquiries also. They also have an inhouse engineering team and excellent project delivery team, so you can ensure successful and high quality project delivery and support from the team.
