Job description

A boutique provider of outsourced facilities management services are looking for a senior FM to lead the delivery of an alliance contract at a prestigious private hospital in Sydney's eastern suburbs. 

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for the oversight of full TFM contracts delivery including management of hard and soft services contractors, regular KPI and SLA reviews withe contracted partners. Other key duties include:

  • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance plan in conjunction with local laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Be responsible for relevant portfolio’s agreed financial targets including revenue, expenses, debtor and savings targets, including raising all relevant Change Requests
  • Be responsible for the structure of the team and manage any recruitment or performance management issues in-line with processes and procedures
  • Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload through correct resourcing and developing a succession plan for key team members and on-site Vendors
To be successful in this role you will have a wealth of facilities management experience - ideally within a healthcare environment. Those who have managing agent and principal contractor experience would be preferably, but those who have worked directly for healthcare providers will certainly be considered.
