This well established and highly respected mid-tier builder located who only operate in QLD are on the look out for an Senior Estimator/Cost Planner to join their head office ion the Gold Coast.  

This family owned builder have an excellent reputation throughout the QLD Market with extremely high staff retention rate.

They are known for delivering multi-level residential projects and commercial projects valuing anything up to $40M to the highest standard winning several MBA awards along the way.
 
They are looking for a Senior Estimator/Cost Planner to join their team in the Gold Coast and be seen as a key figure of the business. They have a key account where all their work is negotiated which you be looking after which will keep them busy for the next 10 years.
 
Since being established 15 years ago they have created a great name for themselves and are currently the busiest builder on the Gold Coast.
 
 
To be successful for this role you will:

• Have a completed degree in Construction Management
• Have a minimum of 10 years plus experience as an Estimator
• Experience with a known builder in Australia
• MUST HAVE A BUILDING BACKGROUND
• Must live on the Gold Coast
• Able to use Buildsoft/Cost X
• Stability on your CV with previous employers is essential
• Experience with a similar sized mid tier builder
• Commercial/apartment experience is preferred
• Be able to lead from the front and able to multi task
• Someone who is ambitious and self-motivated
• A team player
