Job description
We are seeking applications from experienced Senior Electrical Engineers to be involved in major shutdown in the Pilbara region of Western Australia

The Role
- Ensuring project construction activities within the electrical scope are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
- Managing electrical and instrumentation engineering / technical queries on site
- Prepare work packs, method statements and other construction related information in a timely manner as required to support the work schedule.
- Investigate and resolve engineering technical related problems and provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of construction managers, superintendents, and contractors.
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Engineering on large-scale mining and construction projects working for similar sized companies.
- Previous experience working in an Electrical Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the mining industry
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work.
- Previous shutdown experience.
