We are now in the position to offer up and coming Senior individuals the opportunity to lead the development team on an artistically influenced circa 60 storey tower development.

typical duties will include:

• Planning and Approvals
• Design development
• Managing / appointing Consultants and subcontractors
• Marketing and sales
• Managing the tender process
• Managing Construction and driving contractors to practical completion
• Reporting
• Procurement
• Project delivery
• liaison with clients

In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate not only in person, but also in your CV the following:
  
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- relevant degree in construction with masters in property development favourable
- relevant experience within NSW high rise developments
