Job description
With offices located throughout Australia this well established builder who has over 40 year's experience in the Australian building market are exceeding expectations and continuing to dominate the markets they specialise in. They are renowned for delivering projects in the commercial, industrial, health and retail sectors with a value of anything up to around $80M.
Due to 3 projects recently being secured this well known builder who have an office on in Brisbane as well as the Gold Coast are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team for their Brisbane office.
Their projects currently range from $5M to $60M and they are looking for a degree qualified Contract Administrator with 7 years plus years experience, your first project could be a $35M commercial project.
You will be joining a well-structured builder who are known for their excellent staff retention rate, you will be part of a well established team reporting directly to your Project Manager. This builder of choice prides themselves on promoting within and will be able to meet your career ambitions.
You will normally be based in their office located in Brisbane unless on one of their larger projects where you will potentially be based on site with your project team.

- Have a completed degree in Construction Management
- Experience on projects of $20M plus
- 7 years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator
