CGC Recruitment are currently working in collaboration with an international engineering design consultancy who are a major player within the Transport Infrastructure market within Australia. 

This consultancy have picked up several high profile major roads and highways projects within WA for key clients and as a result have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Designer to take the next step in their career into a Senior capacity and play a key role in the design and delivery of these projects. 

Due to the amount of projects released within the transport space in WA, it's clear to see several consultancies have plenty of work on their books, however a key differentiator for this client is their views on having a sustainable work environment and ensuring their team have the support required to deliver these projects at a high standard. 

You will not be tasked with doing extremely ridiculous hours, you will be working in partnership with a Manager who offers a flexible working environment and a team that support each other to ensure the quality of work produced and team environment is one that which people are keen to b e a part of. 

A proven background in working on Roads or Highways projects in a Civil Designer capacity are essential with experience utilising either 12D or OpenRoads / MX.
