My client is a globally recognised, integrated design practice with an award-winning portfolio including education, infrastructure, commercial and residential projects. They're currently looking to expand their Sydney based studio to include a creative, driven Senior Architect.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Senior Architect for my client will include:

• Assisting with design on large-scale projects, contributing to the initial creation and exploration of design ideas alongside an award-winning team
• Work alongside the Project Architect and when needed, assisting and mentoring junior team members
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders; evaluating and reacting to any feedback, ensuring any potential problems are reported and appropriately addressed
• Ability to demonstrate technical and design excellence to deliver the complete scope of assigned work within the deadline and budget
• Successfully contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex projects whilst taking responsibility for specific roles / areas of a project
• Ensure design work addresses the overall context and objectives of the project as set by the client, using materials, colours and controlling detail and build qualities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience
• High proficiency with Revit
• Ideally hold a valid NSW Architectural Registration or are in the process of getting registered
• Experience with complex transport or social infrastructure, commercial or education projects is ideal
• Prior experience within a similar position, managing team members, involved with the entire architectural process on complex projects
