Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Senior Architect for my client will include:
- Assisting with design on large-scale projects, contributing to the initial creation and exploration of design ideas alongside an award-winning team
- Work alongside the Project Architect and when needed, assisting and mentoring junior team members
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders; evaluating and reacting to any feedback, ensuring any potential problems are reported and appropriately addressed
- Ability to demonstrate technical and design excellence to deliver the complete scope of assigned work within the deadline and budget
- Successfully contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex projects whilst taking responsibility for specific roles / areas of a project
- Ensure design work addresses the overall context and objectives of the project as set by the client, using materials, colours and controlling detail and build qualities
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience
- High proficiency with Revit
- Ideally hold a valid NSW Architectural Registration or are in the process of getting registered
- Experience with complex transport or social infrastructure, commercial or education projects is ideal
- Prior experience within a similar position, managing team members, involved with the entire architectural process on complex projects
