Job Description

One of Australia's leading property solutions providers are looking for an experienced security rostering and scheduling coordinator to join their team based at head offices. 
 
The business has industry experience of 30 years has seen them build a solid foundation to provide Security, Cleaning and Concierge services to some of Australia's most prestigious assets across commercial and retail properties.
 
 
The Security Operations Roster Coordinator ensures resourcing and rostering of security personnel is managed and aligned to operating budget. The Security Operations Roster Coordinator ensures continuity of security operations, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service to our customers and in the most cost effective, reduces overtime and maximises business profitability.
 
Key Duties:
 
  • Maintain security operation rosters across the business – ensuring aligned to operational requirements and to budget
  • Prepare and analyse security operations reports – weekly - ensuring roster efficiency and that controls are in place at a site level to minimise overtime
  • Work closely with Security Operations to ensure managers, Account Managers and Site Managers are across their operating budgets and that they manager their rosters to budget
  • Manage roster and time & attendance system - explain variances
  • Have input into monthly performance reports for senior management – prepare end of month reports for profit and loss
To be successful in this role you will have scheduling, rostering and coordination experience. Ideally within the security industry. You will have used rostering software and be aware of security award rates and EBA's.
