The Company
  
Progressive globally renowned company that has been operating for over 20 years who offer supply and installation of bespoke products. The company provides high-end Acoustic Partition Systems, Furniture and Architectural Features. They operate primarily in the commercial office and high end retail space partnering with well-known designers and builders.

The Position
  
As the Sales Director you will be focused on driving the business forward by increasing sales revenue whilst growing an existing team. You will be focused on building relationships with designers and builders within the commercial and retail fitout sector and form part of the Senior Leadership team for Sydney. The role will be supported by Asia Pacific and work alongside the Sydney General Manager
  
Roles and Responsibilities
  • You will gain full understanding of the company’s product line, history and unique selling point to promote the business
  • Manage and grow a team of client relationship managers
  • Help increase local supplier network for Australian Made products
  • Help the business with product pricing
  • Manage all current client relationships
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients to grow the existing database to procure new projects
  • Update clients and prospects on prospective projects in the pipeline
  • Arrange networking events, social functions and business introductions
In return you will receive a salary of between $150,000 - $200,000 + commissions
  
You will
  • Have worked in a Sales Directorship and have the proven ability to increase sales and grow a team
  • Be willing to be hands on within the business operations side of the company, helping the General Manager to manage the office (when required)
  • Have established and strong networks and knowledge of the partitions, furniture, building products or construction sector
  • Help formulate and achieve sales targets.
