We have been instructed to recruit Sales Consultant (with marketing experience a BIG Bonus) for a Residential Developer based in Sydney. The business are known across Australia for developing and building low-medium density, luxury high end apartment blocks and with a couple of developments, well under way, a competent sales manager is required.
A few things we are looking for…
- Ideally 10+ years’ experience selling apartments in Sydney.
- You will have worked for an Agency or directly for a Developer in the past.
- Have had exposure to marketing.
- Be very well presented and articulate.
- Liaising and developing strong working relationships with an upmarket client base and providing a first class level of customer service;
- Assisting with the end to end sales process, across direct, database, repeat and experience sales;
- Qualify and manage leads, set prospect appointments;
- Attend project displays;
- Provide input to sales strategies to drive company objectives, such as the use of external agencies;
- Manage and ensure best use of the client database.
