CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long-standing client nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom across Australia. This company are a leading Main Tier Contractor who have a currently pipeline of works on the Eastern Seaboard alone in excess of over $1bn. They operate in a range of different sectors including Roads, Rail, Resources and Renewable Energies.
 
They have just been awarded a $300ml + Landmark Water infrastructure project and have identified a critical need for a Safety Adviser to join the business on a full time basis. Reporting to the Safety Manager you will be responsible work health and safety management plans, provide proactive safety advice to site management and engineering staff. The role is very much field based with a high focus to reviewing SWMS and JSA's so we are looking to speak with dynamic safety professionals who prefer to be out with the crews on site and not pushing paper behind a desk.
 
Selection Criteria: 
 
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Safety Adviser role 
- Must possess demonstrated experience in Civil Construction 
- Demolition experience is also essential 
- Tier 1 Contracting experience is preferred
- Clear confident communicator
