CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with one of Australia's leading multi-services contractors, who require an experienced BIM Coordinator to play a crucial role in the delivery of some of NSW's most iconic Hospital projects. 

With one of the most recognisable brands in the building services industry nationally, they have a mechanical services division that has successfully delivered and are currently delivering some of NSW's largest and iconic building projects. The client have had a highly successful 2018 and with an extremely healthy workbook of projects, 2019 shows no signs of slowing.

In the position of BIM Coordinator / HVAC Revit Modeller, you will use your strong communication skills to build relationships with key builders, architects, consultants and sub contractors utilising your BIM Coordination experience. You will also utilise your excellent problem solving skills, identifying any clash detections and resolving these via Navisworks. 

An opportunity that will provide you the platform to work on Australia's most iconic and complex building projects, with high value services packages, typically upwards of $40m mechanical services.
