One of Sydney leading providers of residential building management are looking to appoint an experienced building manager for a prestigious site on the lower north shore. 

Based on site, you will be the first point of call for all residents and stakeholders for any building issues. This is a hugely customer facing role, and communication is key. You will ensure that all contractors across maintenance and cleaning services, undertake work in a safe and efficient manor, including conducting site inductions and ensuring all works are signed off.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a building management position, ideally within luxury residential complexes. You will have dealt directly with strata organisations, as well as directly to developers. Technical knowledge and a trade background will be a bonus, but by no means a requirement. Communication and customer service skills are the key traits for success.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with no out of hours calls for general issues. The organisation has a great culture, with a senior leadership team that encourage ethical approaches and win contracts based on service quality.
