Individuals who join the business will be supported by a member of the senior management team and will receive a clear blue print of how to target your market with realistic goals. In addition we have a comprehensive database and invest heavily in advertising, e-marketing tools, linkedin and paid project databases. We also participate with industry bodies such as the Master Builders Association, (MBA), Property Council of Australia, Permanent Way Institute (PWI) and Civil Contractors Federation (CCF).

What we are looking for:
- A background in business to business sales
- A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
- A tertiary qualification desirable
- A strong desire to learn and develop your career as a recruiter within the construction and architecture space
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
