Summary 

CGC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for upcoming positions for various Civil and Building Constractors across Sydney CBD and Western Sydney. 

The Company 
Our clients ae highly reputable and successful Civil and Building Contractors based in Sydney CBD and the Western Suburbs. Our clients have had strong and steady growth over the past couple of years and are seeking Office Administrators with experience within the construction industry. 

The Role

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception Duties 
  • Administration Duties 
  • Handling inbound phone calls
  • Processing Orders
  • Experience in OH&S will also be beneficial 
  • Coordinating with the wider team.
  • Adhoc Administrative duties 
Who we are looking for 
  • Minimum 4 years experience within Office Administration/Reception 
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
