Job description
Our client is a New South Wales Government–owned statutory corporation responsible for supplying the state's bulk water needs, operating the state's river systems and dams and the bulk water supply system for Greater Sydney and providing licensing and approval services to its customers and water resource information.
Key Accountabilities
- 6-month contract opportunity with NSW State Government, with a view to extend
- 40 hour working week
- Immediate start required
- Offices are based in Paramatta - Hybrid role
- $46 - $49.22 per hour + super
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure a quality customer service is exercised in the timely delivery of all records management services including archiving, sentencing, file classification, document destruction and where required assistance to training of staff to enable compliance with legislative requirements.
- The active assistance with the records disposal, transfer of records to and off-site storage and the coordination of day to day business processes with the Government Records Repository and other Government approved record storage facilities is done efficiently, accurately and safely.
- Ensure timely and efficient information, direction and assistance is provided to staff in their use of the approved records management / EDRMS systems and processes.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
