Project Management Consultancy are seeking a driven and independent Project / Development Manager to provide Project and Development Management consulting services on a major infrastructure project.

Sydney Project Management Consultancy delivering projects in 10 different market verticals in value from $1m - $3b.

About the Role
This consultancy have been appointed to provide both Project and Development Management serices on nationally recognised infrastructure project. Feasibility studies, acquiring DA’s, managing delivery are but a few of the roles accountabilities. This is ideally suited to a PM looking to get exposure or make the move into Development Management.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in construction.
• Demonstrated portfolio of apartment development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Experience managing a project across its full lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, time frames and keeping variations to a minimum.
