Operating for some 60 years this established and well-run tier two builder have a great reputation for delivering projects ranging from $10m to $30m. They run projects consistently well, through smart and development programming while controlling cost throughout the contract; including procurement, delivery and closeout. 
 
We are actively searching the market for an experienced Project Manager who is able to bring solid tier two experience to the table. Someone who fully understand the importance and benefit of programming, cost management and forecasting, someone who is able to challenge their sub contractors to drive productivity while maintaining a good rapport. You'll be a motivated and driven construction Project Manager who is able to bring good technical skills coupled with the ability to utilities up to date building management programs and construction principles / methodologies.

The Initial project would be a $10m new build based in Dee Why - potentially an immediate start  
 
The Project Manager this highly structured business is looking for will have:

• Proven experience with a known builder in Australia
• Worked on projects from $10m and above
• Come from a  site or degree background
• Have a mixed project portfolio
• Stability on your CV is essential
• Have a minimum of 5-10 year's experience as a Project Manager
• Be well presented
• Computer literate
• People management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Be a team player
• Able to lead from the front is essential
