The Company:
For some 30 years our client has been working in partnership with nationally recognised financial institutions, offering full project life cycle for their retail and commercial fit out and refurbishment requirements, delivering projects from $750k to $2m.
  
With 5 divisions our client are able to offer their clients (CBA, ANZ and St George to name a few) a full suite of services including Small works, Retail and Commercial Fit Out, Electrical, Joinery and Personnel Support, offering a once stop shop and first class customer satisfaction.  
  
The Role
Due to substantial projected growth in their commercial division we are actively looking for a Project Manager to join the team based in South Sydney to take on full responsibility for Project Management of building fit out or refurbishment works.

You're ability to manage a fast paced environment, across multiple projects while fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients is essential. Naturally your ability to manage program, cost and quality is fundamental to the success of the role and the growth of the commercial division. 

Reporting to the National Operations Manager you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients at a senior level.

Direct reports include a Contract Administrator and as the team grows Project Managers to handle the extra workload. 

The Candidate: 
This role would suit a CA/PE looking to step up or a Project Manager with a few years experience who is looking to pave a long term career for themselves in a $60m turnover business that is at an exciting time of projected growth over the next 5 to 10 years.
