Tier 1 Landlord / Asset owner who can boast $4b + worth of property Nationally, and a very healthy and experienced Property Team are looking to add to the Project Management Division. You will be responsible for the upgrade and, refurbishment and fitout of existing assets. You will ideally have Hospitality, Retail and Commercial experience.

This would be ideal for someone with Head Contractor and Client-Side experience.

• Construction related degree.
• Fitout / refurb experience within Retail & Hospitality.
• 4 + years’ Project Management experience on the client-side.
• Head Contractor experience highly favorable.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills needed.
• Ambition and forward thinking, dynamic individual will be best suited for this role.
