Seeking a Projects Manager for a ultra high-end build in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs

They have created a fantastic name for themselves across in the NSW market after operating for the past 8 years and are continuing to grow year on year operating in residential  markets. Their projects would normally value between $10M and $40M.

With a new project due to start in the next month they are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join them on a permanent bases. The project itself consists of 25 luxury units the Eastern Suburbs over looking the Sydney harbour.  
 

You could be a Senior Contract Administrator / Project Engineer ready to step up or a Project Manager with a few projects under their belt but seeking a new / larger challenge. 

The Project Manager this well established large mid-tier builder is looking for will have:

• 5 to 10 year's experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Come from a tier 2 or tier 3 background
• Must have experience on residential apartment projects
• Experience delivering projects of on 50 plus apartments. 
• Showing stability with past employers
• Have experience with known builders in Australia
• Keen to succeed
• Be well presented
• Ability to program and take full responsibility for your project
