Job description
Summary:
Working for an up and coming tier 2 builder who are currently dominating the residential space. The company in question currently require a Contract Administrator who is willing to work on a potential 12 month contract with the possibility for extension or for it go permanent.
The project:
With a $100M residential Projects in Sydney’s metro an exciting project for a experienced Project Manager is required immediately. You’ll work with the project delivery team to ensure any design issues are solved while proactively procuring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the programme and cost targets.
About you:
To be considered for this role you must have solid experience working on hard dollar projects for tier 1 or tier 2 contractors in the built environment. Your ability to grasp where the project is in terms of construction, program and cost is also going to be critical.
Because this is a contract position it’s essential to have good working relationships with Sydney based Subcontractors and possess excellent communication and client facing skills.
A minimum of 3 years in the position of Project Manager is required for this.
