You will be joining a medium size construction firm that has been operating in the Australian market for over 60 years. Sectors covered include Aged Care, Government, Major Loss and general commercial valued to $30M -$40M

You will work in the Sydney office however be apart of a team that work in Brisbane who collaborate together and share the workload if and when required however generally there is enough to keep people busy locally in Sydney 
  
The Position
  
Reporting into the Construction Manager that comes from a strong mid tier background you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program design, developed and closely monitored, key milestones met and delivery/ performance and financial targets are achieved.
  
You will run approx. 1-2 projects in construction and one at tender stages. Initially this hire will run a complex $14M industrial refurbishment / upgrade that has a strong delivery and administration team allocated to it.
  
Salary will be in line with experience and market conditions, however figures of $210K - $230K can be expected.
