CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established, privately owned WA based commercial building contractor who have a proven track record in overseeing the delivery of commercial construction projects up to $10m across a range of industry sectors.

With over 20 employees within the business, this client works across a variety of project sectors and markets, whether it be new build, a refurbishment or fit out, and have some long standing relationships with some high profile clients. 

A business that prides themselves on working on challenging and unique one off construction projects, delivered to a high standard and quality finish. No 2 projects are the same, meaning plenty of variety in the projects you'll be delivering. 

The Opportunity - Project Manager

Working closely with the senior management team, your role as Project Manager, will be to oversee the delivery of projects up to $10m.  Working closely with a high quality Site Supervisor, they are seeking a Project Manager who has very good contractual, design, delivery and client facing skills. 

About you

The opportunity is well suited to a Project Manager with 2+ years experience in a PM capacity for a commercial building head contractor, having progressed up the ranks from CA, with a degree background in either construction management or quantity surveying. Alternatively a Senior CA ready to step up into a Project Manager will also be considered.
