The Company
Well known QLD builder with 40+ staff and a turnover of around $50M per annum. They have an excellent name with local clients and specialise in new build commercial, industrial and healthcare projects up to $30M in value.
 
The Position
Due to repeat business, they have recently secured multiple projects that are starting over the next 2 months and they are in need of an experienced Project Manager to come into the business. The initial projects range between $5-$20M.
 
Following this they have a number tenders out in Brisbane, valued around the $20M mark that they are confident on winning.
 
To be successful for this role you will need:

• A completed construction degree or a trade background
• 8-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with known builders in Australia
• Capable of delivering a $20-$30M project
• Lead from the front
• A team player
• Manage multiple projects if necessary
