CGC Recruitment are currently representing an established and privately owned commercial building contractor with an excellent reputation in the Perth market, to recruit a Contract Administrator to play a key role within the business, working directly with an experienced PM, whilst being mentored by one of their highly experienced Directors.
The Position - Contract Administrator
This role is an excellent opportunity for a CA with 3-7 years experience under their belt on commercial or industrial projects up to $5m+. Open to construction backgrounds, whether it be new build, fit out or refurb, the key is someone with a growth mindset and the right mentality wanting to work and grow with the business.
Working on a range of high profile, complex and large scale industrial / warehouse projects for blue chip clients, this opportunity will provide you with a clear pathway to delivering large scale projects.
Typical project range is within the $15-$25m range, however the client also have a proven background in delivering projects up to $60m+.
With a large number of repeat clients, it has enabled them to develop an excellent reputation in the market. Their differentiator in the market is providing a high quality service to repeat clients, with every project fully resourced and assigned a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Admin, Site Manager and HSE Advisor.
A highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $120-140k + Super + Vehicle allowance, dependant on experience.
