The Position
  
Due to planned growth, they are looking to engage a Project Manager who has experience working across commercial government projects. Albeit this company does not like to purely recruit for a specific project they have just won a TfNSW project worth $15M that this resource will delivery. Having good civil and infrastructure experience will be a huge advantage as well as solid experience administrating and executing government projects
  
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the
  • Procurement process,
  • Master programming,
  • PGC Meetings
  • Negotiation and liaison with subcontractors,
  • Project financials and reporting 
  •  Liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion.
  • You will also manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
You will need to have completed a construction management or engineering degree, have experience working within the tier two construction market and demonstrated experience successfully delivering commercial projects.
