The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the fit out sector where their refurbishments can be as large as $20M.
About the Role – Project Manager
Due to internal changes they are now looking to appoint an additional Project Manager to the team. You will be based between head office (inner suburbs) and site where the location will vary. Typically you will be responsible for delivering one larger project at a time and will be supported by an established team. The project you initially deliver will be determined by the timing of your appointment

Skills and Experience
- Around 5 years plus as a Project Manager
- Experience with recognised well known builders
- A strong Commercial, mixed construction and fit out is prefered
- Stability on your CV
- Able to lead from the front
- Team Player
