Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.
Their QLD operation has been operating for 10 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and agecare sectors from a value of $5M to $30M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.
The Position – Project Manager
One of the divisions of this well-established builder is a ‘small works division’ whose focus is delivering projects from $500k to $10M in the health and education sectors. Due to a recent internal shuffle they are on the look for a Project Manager to join the team.
They are looking for a PM who comes from a similar background delivering projects in the education and health sectors of a similar size.

- Construction Management degree or trade background
- Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
- Health and education experience would be an advantage
- Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity
- Able to lead a team
