The Role:
As a Project Engineer you will work closely with a Project Manager, on an initial project, but be ready to step up and run a project thereafter. The initial project will be a high-end apartment block or an uber high end home, based in the Eastern Suburbs or North Shore.
  
You'll work in a close knit team so building solid rapport internally and with clients and subcontractors alike is essential. 
  
Projects
Projects will range from $3m to $20m working on new build high end apartments and high-end homes which are being delivers under a wide range of contracts. 
  
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a degree qualified (construction management or civil engineering) Project Engineer with 3 to 5 post grad experience in the Built environment, ideally workng for a tier one or tier two builder.

You’ll be a self-starter who is well presented coupled with first class communication skills. Naturally, you will have excellent negotiation, design management, programming and people management skills to drive good commercial outcomes and project deliverables.
  
Experience using Procore and Jobpac essential.

Salary will depend on experience. Paying between $120k and $150k – negotiable.
