CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a specialist Project Engineer to oversea the delivery of the Fit-Out Scope as part of a major construction project.

Our client are currently involved in the delivery of one of Brisbane's most iconic infrastructure projects of the last 20 years and due to peak periods of construction have identified the need a Project Engineer to join the business on a full time basis and execute the Fit Out Scope. Reporting to the Project Manager on site the role will planning, programming, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and developing work packs.

Scope of works include:

Fit Out- Blockwork, Services Fire/Water/HVAC, Waterproofing, Trades etc

This opportunity is well suited to specialist Project Engineer, set up as an Ltd Company Contractor who has a proven background delivery of fit-out works in the commercial building sector and are keen to jump feet first into an iconic project.

Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 4 years + post graduate experience

- Must have Fit-Out experience

- Prior experience with a Tier 1 Contractor would be a advantage

- Able to make key decisions

- Excellent communication and planning skills
