This Mid Tier Civil Contractor focus on the delivery of small to medium size civil construction projects and have a proven reputation of delivering projects to quality, time and budget and have an existing client base developed over 20 years. 

They have recently been awarded a number of projects ranging form $500k-$5ml and as of current market conditions have identified a need for ambitious Project Engineer to take the next step in their career in construction.  You will be the lead rep as on site and report into the Construction Manager. Your responsibilities will involve; prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. In addition to this you will perform quality control (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. Interact daily with clients and represent them in the field.

All of their projects are based in and around SE QLD so this role will suit an applicant who is looking to build a career with a local based civil construction company and work within a close knit team. 

Selection Criteria: 

- 5+ years Civil Construction experience

- Civil Engineering Degree

- Experience in culvert renewals will be an advantage

- Prior experience with a mid tier civil contractor is preference
