Based in the heart of Brisbane, this highly renowned global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy have been experiencing sustained steady growth across they business in Brisbane.
They are well established in Brisbane and are currently working on a number of major projects in the industry including several high rise, high profile commercial and mixed use buildings within Brisbane and QLD as a whole.
They have a reputation for delivering excellence in the design of iconic projects and dynamic and nimble in their approach to engineering.
The Role
Due to their success both in Australia and abroad, they have the requirement for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to assist them in working across a number of buildings projects of all sizes, including iconic tall buildings.
The role will play a key part in the ongoing growth of this highly regarded firm and will require an individual with experience in tall buildings, but also someone who has drive, ambition and confidence in their own ability as an Engineer.
The Responsibilities
Reporting into the senior management team, you will lead projects in residential, commercial, healthcare, education and light industrial building structures. You will work closely with clients both internally and externally and you will rely on your strong client facing and communication skills to deliver top class designs.
You will mentor and guide young Engineers and will be a key figure within the buildings group of this internationally renowned consultancy.

The Requirements
You will be/have:
- A minimum of 7 years of structural design engineering
- Extensive experience within a consulting environment within Australia
- Degree in Structural Engineering Structural
- Exposure to design of post tensioned concrete structures
- Exposure to working on tall buildings
