An industry leading Building Services Consultancy with a strong global presence and a local perception for premium design. Working across multiple market sectors in Australia, specifically holding high regard in the Age Care & Healthcare sectors.

A consultancy that is continuing to expand their presence across the country with design professionals of the highest calibre. They boast a team of highly experienced and supportive directors with a passion to help people's personal growth. This has helped them take a strong foothold and increased market share within Sydney's building services market.

Broad range of projects ranging from $10K - $200M, mostly within the traditional areas of; Commercial, Residential, Age Care as well as Fit-out/Roll-out type developments.

The role

The successful individual will have ultimate responsibility for the Electrical Engineering Team and the Discipline as a whole. This will involve nurturing multiple stakeholders during the lifespan of each project. 

You will be the lead electrical engineer on many of the projects you engage on and act as a mentor, leader and a technical point of call for your team and client. 

The role will look after existing work won and relationships whilst developing new clients in new market spaces. One particular market of focus is Healthcare, looking at expanding on the Age Care sector but also introducing the business to any other healthcare clients you may have like hospitals and clinics etc.
The role reports into the Building Services Director of Sydney, but will operate with a large degree of autonomy and again will be given the necessary support to assist you in growing the team.
The requirements
  • 8-15 years + experience within building services - Ideally Sydney Exp.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney market
  • Well-developed client facing/business development skills
  • Passion to grow business 
  • Leadership experience preferable
