Our client is a leading engineering consultancy located in state of the art offices in the heart of Brisbane.

The go after a broad range of projects across urban development and infrastructure with several large subdivisions going currently and more in the pipeline.
The role
Due to team growth they currently require and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to come in and lead a team of 7 Engineers and Designers.
The role would suit someone with experience managing a small team whilst winning and managing projects within the urban development and general civil space in QLD and Northern NSW.
The role will be client facing and will require someone confident in their own ability to take a profitable and established team and continue its organic growth and success.
The requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- RPEQ
- Experience mentoring and guiding young Engineers
- Business development exposure
- Experience working on urban development projects
- Desire to progress in your career
