$150,000.00 - $230,000.00 Package - Depending on Exp

CGC are working with a large national multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking for a Principal Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join their Building Services Team. This national giant has a very strong reputation within Australia's building services market. They have an industry leading working environment and are ear marked for huge success in 2020 after landing some exciting landscape changing projects over the last 12 months in both Sydney and Melbourne.
In order to support a number of significant project wins and to support the continued growth of the business, our client is looking for an experienced Principal Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a developed client network in the healthcare sector.
The Role
As part of this role you will:
To be successful in this position you will have solid background in Mechanical or electrical design, specifically with healthcare projects in building services. You will be in a position to offer in-depth technical advice on these complex projects. You will be a key manager of delivery and a client point of contact.

The Role
As part of this role you will:
- Project manage medium to large scale projects
- Provide mechanical or electrical services expertise and leadership
- Deliver design services and advice direct to clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate and lead in business development within the healthcare sector
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
To be successful in this position you will have solid background in Mechanical or electrical design, specifically with healthcare projects in building services. You will be in a position to offer in-depth technical advice on these complex projects. You will be a key manager of delivery and a client point of contact.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 10 + years’ experience
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience working for a Building Services Consultancy
- A specialist in Healthcare projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients around key dates
- Demonstrated experience in preparing technical design documentation
- Experience in managing project budgets and resources
- Exceptional levels of written and oral communication
