A large, well established HVAC contractor who holds a dominant presence in the Sydney construction market is looking for an experienced project manager.

Reporting in to the construction manager the position will be accountable for running complex mechanical projects across sectors such as healthcare, retail, commercial, correctional facilities and defence. Projects will typically be working with tier 1 and tier 2 builders with values ranging from $10m - $35m.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;

• HVAC PM experience running your own projects greater than $5m
• Successfully completed projects for tier 1 and/or tier 2 builders
• Strong commercial acumen
• Able to develop strong working relationships with customers, vendors and internal staff alike
