Job description

Our client is a highly successful builder, who are looking to bring a Marketing Coordinator into the business. The are a financially stable organisation that has executed many buildings across Brisbane, and are now delivering predominantly but not restricted to residential developments across Australia.

You will be holding a fundamental role within the business as a Marketing Coordinator and core responsibilities will include:
  • Draft marketing strategy
  • Develop marketing ideas
  • Identify campaign targets
  • Develop advertising / promotion methods and mix
  • Develop campaign voice / message
  • Select creative for campaign
  • Develop promotion strategy
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Research market environment, review local competition, and perform market analysis
  • Tracking campaign and analyse the process
  • Plan communication methods, logistics, and timing
  • Develop customer care strategy
  • Select vendor for appropriate production methods
  • Liaise with PR company to develop press release and announcements
  • Generate PR 'buzz' and execute publicity strategy
  • Manage content producer
  • Liaise with social media account management
  • Other tasks required by supervisor
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate not only in person, but also in your CV the following:
  • experience in Marketing Coordination of large residential developments. 
  • experience marketing and growing a company profile
  • well versed in the Marketing Management process
  • local marketing experience
  • relevant product knowledge
