With a diverse client portfolio across a number of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Health and Education client satisfaction is the driver of the business, with multiple repeat business won from a long history of satisfied clients.  They have recently picked up a retail project in Gladstone which has forced them to grow their team.  
 
About the Role – Leading Hand

This role is based in Gladstone, however if you are open to regional work please do apply. Stage 1 of this $7m project involves both construction and refurbishment of a retail property in Gladstone. The project is due to commence in 2-3 weeks.  You will work alongside the Site Foreman and assist with a wide range of tasks on site including, but not limited to:

• Following and implementing company OH&S guidelines
• Organising trades, materials and labourers
• Assisting with time schedules and project quality

 
Skills and Experience

To be successful you must:

• Come from a carpentry trade background
• Have 3 to 5 experience as a Leading Hand
• Ideally experience working on projects from $5m - $20m
• Have good communication skills
• Be driven and motivated
