They are a business who have experienced excellent growth over the past few years, and have successfully delivered some of Melbourne's iconic building projects. They are very busy presently and also have an exciting workbook heading into 2019. 

Through being immersed in the Victorian market for over 20+ years it has enabled the business to have built some strong relationships with a number of builders in the market, where they have had repeat business. Projects are diverse in size and scale, but some of the larger projects are the top tier jobs in town, up to $25-30m mechanical value. 

As a Mechanical HVAC Drafter / Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the Drafting team, working closely with the BIM Manager, getting involved in the services coordination, whilst also producing detailed shop drawings. You will identify and resolve any issues in regards to clash detections, using your strong Navisworks skills.
