This well-established builder are in need of a Junior Contracts Administrator to join an experienced team. The benefit of working within this Tier two builder is that you will still be exposed to all aspects of the job rather than just being pigeon holed into one part of the process.

To be successful in this application you will need: 

• A completed Construction Management degree
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Contract Administrator
• Experience working for recognised builders
• Able to learn quickly in a professional environment
• Self motivated
