An up and coming fitout company who was established over 15 years ago are one of Sydney's fastest growing builders and are now seen as one of the leading fit-out firms in NSW.
 
They are known for delivering fit out and refurbishment projects up to $5M and operate in sectors such as  commercial, retail and hospitality.  
 
The fit out sector is currently in a boom and this successful builder are winning their fair share of projects and are in need of a JCA who has at 1 to 2 years experience.
 
They are experiencing a high volume of successful tenders at present which has forced them to grow their team and they are looking for a Junior CA who has a strong passion for construction and who is looking to establish a long-term career iin the construction industry.
 
As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you will be working closely with a Senior Contracts Administrator and a Project Manager on a variety of retail projects including commercial and retail projects. The candidate they are looking for will have a completed construction degree and will hold ideally hold 1 to 2 years’ worth of experience and be looking to join a company in which they can grow and progress their career
 
To be successful for this role of Junior Contract Administrator you will need:

• A completed construction degree
• Desire to grow through an established company
• Experience with Jobpac is preferred but not essential
• Commercial/retail background
• A Team player
• Willing to learn and take instructions
